The area comes under the posh side of Walthamstow, as you will find out when you view it! The whole house has been fully renovated with high spec (including all wooden floor).

This beautiful double good size room located to an ideal location. You can easily access the central London with fab transport links:
To walk (as I prefer):
- It is close to Wood street station (10-15 minutes walk, 0.6 miles straight line distance) and Walthamstow Central Station (20-25 minutes walk, 1.2 miles straight line distance - Victoria Line and Overground).
To take a bus:
- Take bus 275 outside the house (1 minute walk) and it goes straight to Walthamstow Central station (5-10 minutes).
- Take bus 212 (5 minutes walk) towards Walthamstow station (5-10 minutes).
- Take bus W16 (5 minutes walk) to Leyton station (10 minutes) for Central line tube.
- Take bus 275 (1 minute walk) opposite direction to Woodford tube station (5-10 minutes) for Central line tube.
- Take bus 123 (5 minutes walk) towards Tottenham hale tube station (10 minutes)
- New Superloop buses SL1 and SL2 are within a 5-10 minutes distance to navigate around the City.

It has excellent access to all desired amenities. The house is also a 5-10 minutes walk to the many other bus routes.

- For getting into the city, walk or take a bus, it is giving speedy access to central London. From there its just 13 mins to King's Cross, 17 mins to Oxford Circus, or 23 mins to Liverpool St (via the overground). There's buses and overground trains to other places too.
- For your nature fix, the place is within easy walking distance of the largest urban wetlands in Europe, as well as the beautiful Waltham forest and Lloyd Park.
