The flat is equipped with highest standard consisting of washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, ventilation, portable A/C. Flat comes furnished with designer furniture including double bed, double sofa, flat TV, outdoor seating, working desk and chair.
You will have coffee machine, nutribullet, dyson vacuum, portable A/C at your disposal and couple of lovely plants to water in exchange.
The rent is inclusive of council tax, energy, water and internet. You will need to top up heating only which is around £30/month depending usage,
To move in I require a full month rental deposit to sign the sublease and the rest is paid on the keys exchange,
Landlord reference, accompanied with credit score report or 3 last employer payslips required. The inventory and photos will be taken and the deposit is returned 48 hrs from the move out date.
No parties or antisocial behaviour is allowed. I will only rent to someone quiet and responsible and would prefer to keep in touch throughout the stay in a case any repairs are required etc.
