Double Room in Walthamstow Central (very clean)

We’re looking for someone to share our lovely 2-bedroom flat in Walthamstow!

The flat is modern, fully furnished, and very clean. We also have a private garden, which is great for relaxing.

The available room is a double-sized room. It has been freshly painted and thoroughly cleaned, and the carpet is also clean.

A little about us: We’re a friendly married couple with a 7-year-old daughter and a sweet Scottish Fold cat. We like to keep things relaxed at home – we chat, laugh, and sometimes call out from different rooms (as we have a daughter), so we’re not super mega quiet, but we’re also not loud or disruptive.
We value cleanliness and like to keep things tidy.
Our schedule is pretty regular, with regular sleep hours. We’re hoping to find someone with a similar routine, ideally someone working regular daytime hours, as our daughter might be chatting in the mornings.

The house itself is comfortable and peaceful – we’re not party people, and you won’t have to worry about loud music or disturbances. Everything is in great shape, and it’s a friendly atmosphere.
