Double room in beautiful flat ❤️

I’m looking for a housemate to join me in a gorgous flat in Walthamstow at the end of January ❤️


It’s a first floor two bed with a garden and little balcony. The room available is a good size double with built in storage, backing onto the garden.

The living room really makes the flat, it’s huge and has amazing Victorian features, and the kitchen is separate and has decent storage.

It’s down a LTN road so there’s barely traffic and super quiet, but also under 10 mins walk to the station (and bougie yoga/ spin studio).

You’d be living with just me (Georgie) . I’ve been in the flat the last 2 years and really made it feel like home with lots of art and plants. I work in marketing and work from home 4 days a week. I’ve been in Walthamstow a long time now and have lots of friends and family in the area, so often out and about (generally in the pub, at gigs or going to the comedy)

I’m looking for a housemate who can become a friend and wants to make the house feel homely rather than awkwardly living parallel lives. Keen to cook for eachother, watch MAFS and have cute bbqs in the summer with friends - but obvs important have a life outside of eachother too so we don’t get sick of eachother 💅
