- Spacious and furnished 5-bedroom house with a large kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms
- A beautiful garden to enjoy the sunshine 🌞
- Just a 5-minute walk to the Victoria Line tube station (Walthamstrow Station). Open 24/7
- 3 mins walk to Lidl, tesco, asda and sainsburys, corner shops and other amenities. Surrounded with loads of pubs, and very close to the big park
- 10-15 mins away by car to Hackney/Dalston area

🛏️Room
- £1020 with ALL bills included plus
- £400 deposit
- A year long contract with a possibility of extension
- Comes fully furnished with a comfy bed, desk, chair, and wardrobes with loads of storage
- The biggest room in the house

👯 Your Future Flatmates
- A group of four fun-loving professionals, 3 women and 1 queer male: Cansu (28, mental health support worker at charity), İlke (27, events coordinator), Su (27, mental health support worker at charity), and Serdar (26, finance)
- All respectable of each others lives but also love to hang out as a house frequently
- We like to go out for drinks&gigs, chill in the house for netflix bingeing, and host occasional house parties
