Double Room close to Walthamstow Central

Hi, we are two professionals looking for a flatmate to replace our current flatmate on our lease for one year.

The room is large and spacious, with a lots of natural light and a view of the garden. The flat includes a large kitchen, shared living room, as well as a garden. Additionally, it is a 5 minute walk from Walthamstow Central, and a 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Queen’s Road which makes it ideal for commuters. Most amenities are close by with a Tesco, Lidl and Asda less than a 10 minute walk away.

Currently there are two of us (1 male, 1 female) living at the flat. We are both professionals in our 20s. We are ideally looking for a professional in their 20s or 30s.
