Guest room in modern high spec flat

Beautiful new building in a trendy area of London, well connected to transport. Comfortable room in a new apartment building in sought after St James area, near the high street.

The building has two lifts and is in a new development on a private street. We are on the 8th floor and the room has stunning views over the area. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area and a big street market a few days a week plus a farmers market on the weekend. We live right next to a large Sainsbury's supermarket as well as late night groceries. There is a secured private bike storage for the building.

The room has its own bathroom next to it that is not used by us regularly so would be mostly yours. We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks and leaves the flat spotless.

Your hosts are couple Marcelo & Neil, their little dog Awka. On the weekends our little boy Sol comes over. We are an LGBT and veggie household and prefer like minded people.

Short walk from high street with local shops, street market and cafes. Well connected by public transport. We are located walking distance to the underground (metro) train Victoria (light blue) at the last stop Walthamstow Central (zone 3). There are also two Overground stations: St James and Walthamstow Queen's Road. Loads of buses as well!
