We are looking for a new flatmate for a bright room in a 3 bedroom shared apartment. It’s 8 minutes away from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line and Overground) and 1 minute from a bus stop (158, 230, 69, 97, 55), all walking distance. Amenities can be found walking distance to the Walthamstow Village and supermarkets and shopping area near the station and Walthamstow Market.

The areas shared with two professionals are a bright and big kitchen/living room, a bathroom and a garden!

The room in the photos is the one for letting, and it comes fully furnished (double bed, chest of drawer, wardrobe and two bedside tables). This will be available in early August for 6 months.

Deposit Protection Scheme provided.

Cleanliness, manners and respect are of the order. Everyone cleans on a cleaning rota.
