A lovely Double room to let in a 2 bed ground floor flat sharing with one female with a parking space that can be rented for a small cost.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a good size wardrobe. There’s a wall- fixed desk, a couple of shelves and a mirror in the room already.

The transport link to the flat is unbeatable. The flat is on lots of major bus routes and a 5 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station which has the Victoria line (15 minutes to kings cross) and the overground line (17 minutes to Liverpool street)

Walthamstow has a large array of Bars and restaurants and you are a short walk from the village, the shopping centre and the market and Epping Forest.

Council Tax and other bills are included in the rent. In winter time, you might be asked to chip in (approx. £20-£30 monthly) only if we face a dire winter and energy costs soar up quite a lot.

I’m a professional, I go to work 5 days a week, so I’m out of the flat 10 hours most days. I do travel quite a bit these days as well. I like to read books, watch Netflix and go to Zumba & Pilates classes 3 times a week when not working.
I also have a few plants that I care for.

I’m a friendly person, up for a chat & a drink but also respect my own and others’ quiet time.
