The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a good size 2 door sliding wardrobe. There’s a wall- fixed desk, a couple of shelves on the wall and a mirror in the room already. So, if you WFH, you only be needing to bring a chair.

However, the current flatmate got quite a big desk and an office chair placed beside the bed as they WFH; so the room is big enough if you need to have your own desk or any other furniture like a book shelf or chest of drawers.

Otherwise, you could also use the space for a bit of stretching, yoga or meditation purposes.

The transport link to the flat is unbeatable. The flat is on lots of major bus routes and a 5 minute walk to Walthamstow Central station which has the Victoria line (15 minutes to kings cross) and the overground line (17 minutes to Liverpool street).

St. James Street overground station is 4-5 minutes and Walthamstow Queen’s Road Station is about 8 minutes by foot from the flat.

The big Sainsbury’s on the Walthamstow high street is literally a stones throw away. We also have Asda and Lidl’s within a few minutes distance.

Walthamstow has a large array of Bars, Cafe’s and restaurants and you are a short walk from the village, the shopping centre and the market and Epping Forest.

Council Tax and other bills are included in the rent.

There’s a parking space available that can be separately rented for a small cost.

About me:

I’m a full time professional, I go to work 5 days a week, so I’m out of the flat 8-10 hours most days. I prefer to work afternoons & evenings, so most evenings you will have the flat to yourself; nice, quiet and relaxing!

I do travel quite a bit these days as well. Other than that, I like to read books, watch Netflix and go to Zumba & Pilates classes 3 times a week when not working. I also have a few plants that I care for.

I’m a friendly person, up for a chat & a drink but also respect my own and others’ quiet time.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, quiet friendly and respectful that will feel at home.
