I am looking for a flat mate to move in to my shared flat in Walthamstow. The bedroom available is a lovely, large furnished double bedroom on the second level of the 2 story maisonette.
The flat is located in a quaint suburban area of Walthamstow, a short walk from the serene and urban Walthamstow village and around a 15-20 minute walk to Walthamstow central station, which offers both the Victoria line direct to central and the Overground to Liverpool street and Hackney. The flat is also a 10 minute walk to Wood Street station, which has the overground direct to Liverpool street also. Very decent transport links.
Walthamstow is a wonderful, vibrant, up and coming place to live, full of life with plenty of pubs, breweries and gorgeous little brunch spots and restaurants. It is the perfect place for creatives and young professionals. I myself have been here for just over a year and after living in London for about 7 years in various areas, I believe I have found the perfect location.
The flat has a spacious living room and kitchen area, plenty of natural light and is split across 2 levels with the bedrooms upstairs. If you own a car there is a drive to park on, and a petrol garage complete with Tesco express at the end of the street.

I myself work in central London, Mon-Fri. I am an easy-going, sociable and friendly girl who loves to meet new people, loves a cosy evening in the pub with friends or a good film with a glass (bottle) of wine. I like trying new things, am a big foodie and love exploring new places.
