Looking for a flatmate in Walthamstow!

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐭/𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦: £840/month (not incl. bills - app £120/150. Council Tax Band B). Move in from early October (though it can be a bit later in the month, too). The room is on the smaller size but the flat comes with an equipped kitchen, bathroom and a spacious living room. There’s table space in a spacious and bright living room for work/etc. (when I work from home, I do so in my room). The room comes with wardrobe space and a bed. We have additional storage spaces.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐄𝟏𝟕/𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐰: the flat is situated between the Underground Station and Lloyd Park, an expansive park surrounding the William Morris Gallery. It is on a very quiet road off from Hoe Street and the High Street. Several big supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Asda) + shopping mall (including Waterstones) + many cafés, take-away shops and amenities like Post Office, Library and Feel Good Centre. The Walthamstow Marshes are close by and several cycle lane take you quickly to the canals into East London. The area is not only served by the super fast Victoria Line but also a busy Bus Station which connects the area to Stratford, Tottenham Hale, Chingford and Woodford.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞/𝐲𝐨𝐮: I’m 30, grew up in Malta and been in London for almost a decade (and in Walthamstow for 8 years). I work as an artistic director, composer and music tutor. I tend to work half the week in the office/on the road, and a few days from home (from my room). I’m looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is warm, tidy and responsible to replace my lovely housemate (of 5 years) who’s moving out of London. Very LGBTQI+ friendly. Unfortunately, no pets.
