Large Double Room

This spacious and bright double room is on the ground floor. The property has a separate living/dining room and a separate kitchen and also benefits of a garden. The house is kept very clean and tidy. It will be occupied by only 3 people in total. At this moment there are one female and one male, both professionals. All bills are included. In the case of a couple using the bedroom, the price would be £1200.
We are very flexible with the rental period. No minimum time stay, but maximum 6 months.
If you have your own bed, you are welcome to use it, otherwise a double bed and mattress will be provided.
