We’ve got a spacious room available in a shared house just a **3-minute walk from Walthamstow Central** (Victoria Line and Overground). It’s a prime location with great transport links and just as close to Walthamstow Village for those who like a good pub or café.

The room is available **from now**, with the current contract running until **February**. We’re likely to renew for another **six months** until **mid-August**.

You’d be living with three **guys in their mid to late twenties**. We’re all fairly laid-back and social—often cook together, watch TV, play board games, or head to the pub. No pressure to join in if that’s not your thing, but the option’s there.

The house has a **shared lounge, kitchen, and garden**. We keep things tidy and share the chores, nothing too formal, just pitching in when needed.

Rent is **£875 per month**. If you’re after a relaxed, well-connected place to live, this could be a good fit. All bills cost a around 100 per month each.
