The Space

Due to the property being a new build it has all that you would expect; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, etc. The living area is bright and spacious with a balcony for those sunny days. There is some storage which can be allocated. The MVHR system is especially useful when drying clothes and to live in a comfortably ventilated environment. You will have access to your own private bathroom with a bath/Shower. There is also secure storage in the courtyard for a bike.

The Room

It has a double bed, twin wardrobe, small shelving unit and mirror. Additional furniture can be considered.

Transport

The property has great transport links, here are some rough times:
20 mins to Liverpool Street
25 mins to Kings Cross
25 mins to Hampstead Heath
45 mins to Paddington

The Area

The area has all local amenities less than a 5 minute walk away including a range of supermarkets such as Lidl and Sainsburys. There is also a shopping centre with a TK Max, Boots and Waterstones. Really close to the ‘Trendy’ Walthamstow Village for that local shopping experience.

About me/ Ideal Tennat

I am in my early 40’s and work in the creative industry supplying Photographers/Videographers with equipment. I work locally so I often come home for lunch. Ideally you do not work from home all the time but this can be negotiable.
I am an easy going person who enjoys a clean and quiet environment to live in. I would expect the tenant to feel the same. As this is a new property and my home I want to keep it cared for. I am a meat eater so if that doesn’t sit right then the room isn’t for you.

Happy to socialise but equally will give you your space. I am often socialising with my friends or out and about enjoying what London has to offer. But I like to come home to a chilled space after a long day.
