This lovely Victorian house is on a quiet street and is close to all amenities in Walthamstow.

The house will be undergoing some works in a few months and two of the bedrooms are available for a short period (this can be flexible up to around four to six months by agreement, depending on how preparations progress)

The loft room is a large space with its own modern ensuite, perfect for working from home and having space to yourself.

The other room is a large double next to the family bathroom - which would effectively be your own bathroom as only two rooms will be being rented.

There is a further double bedroom but this will not be rented in the short term, it could be used for occasional guests if required.

There's a living room and a dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen is a compact galley kitchen, with all basic equipment. There's a washing machine and ground floor lavatory off the kitchen.

Walthamstow is a fantastic vibrant area of London with surprisingly fast connections to central london (Victoria line to Oxford Circus and on to south London) as well as down to Islington Holloway, Gospel Oak from Queen's Road and Liverpool Street from Walthamstow Central. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants locally as well as a shopping centre with a food hall, the famous street market and a theatre and newly renovated cinema.
