Spacious double bed in quiet Walthamstow house

Hi there!

Looking to replace a recently left housemate in our 4 bed home in Walthamstow.

The House: Your new home is located 10 minutes from Walthamstow Central Station (30 mins to oxford circus via victoria line, 25 mins to Liverpool Street via overground), close by to local shops, pubs and weekend markets. The house has three bathrooms shared between 4 people, two showers (one of which is in one of the bathrooms and is a shower/bathtub), shared kitchen with oven, washing machine for laundry, fridge and fridge freezer. Spacious cosy living room we often relax in, eat in and a garden with patio out back that can be smoked in if you so like.

The room: the largest room in the house, a south facing (lots of light) space, outfitted with a double bed, with built in floor to ceiling wardrobes as well as being right next to the WiFi router so you will have the best connection in the house! It is quite a quiet room as well, as we do not often have noise down our street despite being located near a main road.

The housemates: 3 working age individuals working 9-5 jobs, hybrid working style (3-5 days in the office for two of us) whilst one usually works from home. Ideally we'd like someone who works similar but this is not a necessity at all. We're quite quiet and keep the place tidy so that is the more important preference we have. Some of us clean the shared spaces once a week, this won't be expected of you but just letting you know essentially.

Bills: usually amount to 75-85 per person depending on gas/electric uses, which means costs including rent of around 685-ish a month.
