Double room in Walthamstow central

Double room in Walthamstow central, £600 monthly including bills! Very close to victoria line, there is a garden and a small living room. We are looking for someone to move in on 21st. Now 3 people and a cat and a dog are living in the house. Everybody is somehow involved to music, I'm an opera singer. We have good sound isolation but if you are very sensitive to sounds it may not be a nice match cuz we're quite loud. (but not a party house) Also we don't mind the pets walking on tables, counter etc. I'm 31, Adam's 45 and Josie is 25. Preferable someone around 30s. We don't accept couples.
