Homely, chilled flat in heart of Walthamstow.

I'm looking for someone to share a lovely homely, clean flat in Walthamstow Central. I have lived in the flat for 14 years, I love the flat and I love Walthamstow. The area has so much going for it. The flat is a 2 bed on 2 floors (first and second floor of a conversion - there is another flat on the ground floor) On the first floor of our flat, there is a shared lounge, your bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs is my bedroom and our shared office space. I work in a record shop in West London so I am only occasionally in the office space, meaning you would mostly have it to yourself if you work from home at all.
Your room is fully furnished and the flat has everything you need.
We have a cleaner who comes once a week but we'll always clean up after ourselves as we go. (Although there can always be a bit of leeway if the hangover is that bad..)
The flat is on a lovely residential street a 2 minute walk to Walthamstow Central tube (25 minutes to Oxford Circus) and the overground direct to Liverpool Street.
My general interests are music, film and art. I like the occasional evening in the pub but also enjoy a sociable night in with food, a film and a chat. During the week I'll usually just get home from work and chill. I respect your privacy and your own downtime, I like to hang out and catch up but sometimes I'll be in my own space catching up on films or drawing. It's great if we have stuff in common but as long as we get on and can have a chat and a laugh, I'm happy.
The rent for the room is £700 pcm payable to the landlord and bills are £150 pcm, which are taken care of by myself. The tenancy agreement is for 3 months followed by a month by month rolling contract.
