I currently live in a modern flat on a small private development called ‘Fairlie House’ which has a lovely, friendly community of like-minded professionals. However, I have recently decided to go travelling and to visit friends and family with my partner, which is why I’m now looking to rent it out.

I’d love for someone to enjoy the apartment as much as we do and take great care of it while living here – it’s a very comfortable and lovely space to relax in. The flat will come fully furnished, it has a very comfy couch, bed, a large dining table, and ample of storage throughout. The ideal tenant would be a friendly, responsible, and respectful individual or couple who appreciate a clean, well-maintained home and ensure the apartment stays well cared for. I’d be happy to stay in touch throughout the tenancy for any maintenance or repairs or to answer any questions. No parties or disruptive behaviour.

Move-in Date: March (exact date can be agreed)
Rent: £2318 (inclusive of council tax (Tax Band B), electricity, water and internet. You will only need to top up the heating, which is around £35/month depending on usage)
Term: 3 months (extension for another 3 months can be discussed)
