Peaceful room in a vegetarian houshold

Lovely aesthetically furnished room in a 2nd floor flat without lift. The building is accessed through a locked door, offering additional safety.

Although this room is furnished with a large IKEA FRIHETEN corner sofa bed with storage, Chesterfield sofa, and other furniture, but happy for it to be replaced by your furniture if you wish.

There's a separate living and dining room that gets lot of natural air and light as it’s on the 2nd floor with large windows. You can also watch stunning sunsets from the living room.

The kitchen comes with oven, gas cooker, microwave, nutribullet, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge/freezer, blender, and chopper. There’s cookware, dinnerware, and cutlery as well.

The rent includes all bills.

Open to short lets or flexible M-F lets - please ask as per your suitability.

The location is great - lots of restaurants, a big gym, cinema, supermarkets etc are within walking distance. There's Walthamstow Wetlands (Europe's largest urban wetland reserve) which is walkable as well, Lloyds Park, William Morrison's Art Gallery etc (all walking distance from this apartment).

There are two tube stations within a 12-15 min walk - almost equidistant from the apartment - both on Victoria Line - One of them - Blackhorse station will take you to Kings Cross within 12 min.

Most ideally, I would prefer someone who is a vegetarian/vegan like myself - or who wouldn't cook/store meat-based items at home. It would be great to have someone nice, neat, friendly, conscientious, and kind. Students or tourists preferred mainly because this is only available for short-let.

I am a pretty chill person - I like keeping things tidy though not overly fussy. I would like a friendly vibe at home - and happy to welcome someone who feels the same, although I completely understand the importance of personal space.

I would be going into work 2x-3x a week and otherwise have a pretty busy lifestyle.
