I’m moving back to India 🇮🇳 and looking for someone to take over my beautiful room in a 4-bedroom all-girls house in Walthamstow Central from October 13th onwards!!! this is a tenancy takeover (lease runs until January, with the option to renew), so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a proper home or a short stay. There is an option to buy the furniture in the room from me as well :)

the house is fully equipped with all the essentials (plus my amazing housemates 🫶) and has a cute backyard that’s perfect for summer evenings or a morning coffee in the sun, you’ll be just steps away from the bustling high street with all the shops, food markets, and cosy cafés you could need.

the location is super convenient - only a 6 min walk to walthamstow central (victoria line + overground), with lovely green parks right around the corner 🌿
