Open to flexibility with the dates, and will pro rata the amount depending on how long you want to stay for.

🌇 The flat is on the 9th floor with big windows and great views. Lovely, light and spacious with living room, open plan kitchen, big balcony, and your own bathroom.

A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and airfryer live in the flat if you’re interested in that sort of thing. 

🤩 Your flatmate would be Sarah 39, queer woman, WFH 2 days a week but from her room. Really sound and solid person. Cool to hang with! Likes walks, brunch, coffee, roasts, a good pub quiz at the local (queer friendly) pub, and going out occasionally. It’s a nice place, we work together to keep it clean 

♿️ Accessibility - Flat on the 9th floor, step free access with 2 reliable lifts in the building, and video intercom. Main flat door is wheelchair accessible, and also the bedroom. Shower is above the bath (not walk in), no rails in the bathroom. 

🛌 Room is furnished as shown - but will make space for you on the clothing rack, in drawers, etc. Bed linens and towels provided if needed. 

Benefits - not sure how these work with a sublet but happy to accept.

Deposit - 300 to secure room, going toward rent

Pets - can be discussed!
