Double Room in Walthamstow Flat – 5 mins to tube

A bright, comfortable double room is available in my flat in Walthamstow, just a 5 minute walk from Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line & Overground). It’s really well connected - about 15 minutes to Liverpool Street and 20 minutes to Oxford Circus, so ideal for someone working in or commuting to central London.

The flat is modern and cosy but still spacious, with a shared bathroom and secure bike storage in the building. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and drawers - and happy to add more furniture as needed! Rent is £800 per month, all bills included.

About me: I work in tech and usually work from home on Mondays and Fridays (sometimes Tuesdays), and head into the office the rest of the week. I’m social and outgoing but not a heavy partier. I’m into running, tennis, cinema, books, gigs and exploring London.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate and easygoing - someone who’s happy to do their own thing but also wants to occasionally hang out if our schedules align!

The location’s great — a couple of minutes from a gym, 5 minutes to the cinema and supermarkets, and about 10 minutes to Lloyd Park and the new Soho Theatre.
