Cozy Room at Walthamstow

Hi. I'm looking for a friendly professional for a spare double room in my two-bedroom apartment. The room is beautiful and bright with walls painted in light green colour. Currently, there is a grey sofa bed in the room, but either it can be removed if you're looking for an unfurnished room or the spare wardrobe can be moved in there from the living room.
There is a separate living room with a corner sofa bed and large TV.
The location is great, just 8 minutes walk to Walthamstow station. There are plenty of parks and shops around.

You'd be living with me only. I'm 32 years old from Poland. I work as a senior chef in Central London, so most of the days I'm at work. I'm interested in cooking, travelling, music ....
There is a lovely old dog living with me. He's very friendly and quiet.
