Room available in a large 3 bed house a 3 minute walk from Walthamstow station (Victoria line & Overground). £858 per month and bills are an additional ~£150/m.

Available from the end of November. Contract goes up to end of March 2027, however guaranteed to be extended in March.

I am sadly moving out to live with my sister so we are looking for a lovely new housemate!

Pictured is the bedroom, our living room, our communal office and the kitchen diner - we also have a big garden with a table, chairs and BBQ. The rooms are semi furnished, and this room has a bed, shelves, and wardrobe. Council tax band D.

Justine - I'm 27 and work in events (wfh 2 days a week). Love pub, yoga, cooking, Peep Show, terrible TV, and barely surviving a gym class. I'm looking for friendly folk aged 24-32 who could be open to chilling in front of the telly, maybe cook together, go to the pub/out, and be down for the occasional bit of silliness.

Lauren – I’m 31 and a big fan of cinema, beer, and a good catch-up with friends. I love socialising but also enjoy a chilled evening in with a film and some sweets. Also wfh 2 days a week.

Definitely looking for a housemate who is more of a friend rather than someone we just cross in the kitchen from time to time - it's important the house is good vibes and feels friendly, homely and relaxed.
