I have a room available in my modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Walthamstow, and I’m looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate to share the space.

The flat is on the 11th floor (82 sqm) with a large south-facing terrace (18 sqm), lots of natural light and an open view of the London skyline. Fully furnished and ready to move in.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, I’m easy-going, tidy and pretty chill. I work in the wine industry, so my schedule can be a bit flexible.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, wine, pour-over coffee, live music, going to the gym, playing tennis and running.
I’d love to find a flatmate who’s comfortable sharing a home — someone we can occasionally chat with, even better if we would sometimes cook together or head out with, while still respecting each other’s space.
