Large Double Bedroom in Walthamstow Village

Hello, we are Dave and Reuben. Our flatmate is moving out at the start of February and so we are looking for someone to take on their room. We are on Orford Road in the middle of Walthamstow Village just 5 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central station.

We moved in last February with the flat being newly refurbished. The room is large and bright and comes unfurnished. We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and a big living room. There are plenty of shops, bars and pubs right by us - it's been really lovely living in the area.

Reuben and I are both assistant managers at bars for work, as well as being musicians. We're never playing loud music though and are considerate to our neighbours and eachother if we are working on music. We are very sociable so would look forward to hanging out in the flat altogether. We have a variety of interests across music, film and sports and Reuben fancies himself a chess expert.

We'll be going on to a rolling contract (month to month) from the move in date (7th Febuary) but would be looking for someone to move in on a more permenant basis as we are both looking to stay long term in the flat.
