The house is a calm and tranquil space, very light with large but cosy living room, open plan kitchen and diner which opens out onto a secluded garden. There is also a separate utility room and study incase you need to work from home. The house has been newly renovated to a high spec and I would love to rent this to someone who will enjoy the space and respect it as their own.

The room is a large double with bay window, letting in plenty of light. The bathroom is situated on the same floor with free-standing bath & separate shower.

The other tenant is a professional male, lovely guy and very respectful. His bedroom and bathroom are on a separate floor.

There is one other tenant who stays but only for 6 days a month mid week (if that) whilst he works in London, again an all round great guy. They would share the bathroom when they are there.

Underfloor heating runs throughout the downstairs of the property as well as the bathrooms.

The property is located in central Walthamstow, with great transport links close by... situated between Walthamstow Central and St James Street, both within 10 minute walk.

All bills are included, except for wifi.
