I have a large double bedroom in a newly renovated house in central Walthamstow available for a flexible/short term rental. The house is only occupied by 1 other part time tenant who rents one of the rooms Tues-Fri every other week so you would pretty much have the house to yourself.

The house is a calm and tranquil space, very light with large but cosy living room, open plan kitchen and diner which opens out onto a secluded garden. There is also a separate utility room and study incase you need to work from home. The house has been newly renovated to a high spec and I would love to rent this to someone who will enjoy the space and respect it.

The room is a large double with bay window, letting in plenty of light. The bathroom is situated on the same floor with free-standing bath & separate shower. You would have this to yourself.

The other tenant is a friend, renting part time for the weeks he works in London. He's an all round lovely guy and also barely there the weeks that he does stay in the property. His room and bathroom are also on a separate floor.

Underfloor heating runs throughout the downstairs of the property as well as in the bathroom.

The property is located in central Walthamstow, with great transport links close by... situated between Walthamstow Central and St James Street, both within 10 minute walk.

All bills are included, including wifi & sky.
