Lovely Double Room on Walthamstow Market

I'm listing this lovely double room as my flatmate is moving out in July. The room is a good size and very quiet.

The flat has lots of built-in storage and feels very private, as each bedroom is on a different floor. It’s in a great location - just a few minutes from Walthamstow Central, with easy access to the shops, cafés and pubs around Walthamstow Market.

The room comes unfurnished, so you would need to bring a bed and any other furniture you’d like for the room.

There will also be plenty of space in the kitchen/living area for any furniture or items you’d like to bring. I’ll be replacing the furniture and appliances that the leaving flatmate will take with them.

Bills are around £180 per month (including water, electricity, gas, council tax and wifi), though this can slightly drop seasonally.

A bit about me: I work in sustainability as a Buying Coordinator and have lived in this part of London for many years. I’m usually in the office two days a week and away one or two weekends a month. I’m looking for someone easy-going, considerate and tidy who will enjoy the flat and make themselves at home.
