Absolute steal for the area, Walthamstow Central on your doorstep (20 mins to Oxford Circus) plus Weaver line overground and buses. High street with mall, big Asda and Sainsbury’s around the corner, and there is a small Tesco at the end of the street.

10 min walk to Walthamstow Village, and 10 mins in the other direction to Lloyd Park.

Sharing with 2 others - Dan (he/him), a musician, and Kit (they/them), an actor with a day job in a bakery (occasional free baked treats)!

Good sized room with access to patio. The flat is on the ground floor with no steps throughout, just a small ledge between the bedroom and patio door.

The room is technically offered unfurnished, however I am not taking some furniture with me so there will be a bedframe (no mattress), wardrobe, and small bedside table/set of drawers available if needed.

Tenancy is currently until November, however had no problems renewing in the past so available long term. I’m moving into my new place on the 10th June so available from the 11th - however I’m not in London between 2nd-9th June so would like someone in place before then.
