Looking for a new flatmate to join myself and my partner as a joint-tenant in our cozy first floor flat. Located on a quiet street, but also very close to all the shops, big market, gym etc.
☆ 7 mins walk from Walthamstow Central tube + overground.
☆ Bills usually average £190 a month per person, including fast internet.
☆ Available from 1st June.
☆ Room is unfurnished, but has a built-in wardrobe. (Possible chance to keep bed). The kitchen and small living/dining room are already furnished by us, with some space for your belongings too.
About us: we are two 35 year olds who are laid back, clean and a little nerdy. We enjoy video games, comedy, cooking and generally don't take life too seriously! I work in theatre and events, so bonus if you are a creative type too :)
Our ideal flatmate would be a friendly, laid back, clean and tidy female (but open to men if you are tidy haha). Neurodivergent friendly household :)
