Three double rooms in spacious end of terrace

Hi!

My name’s Max, I’m a considerate, respectful, clean, sociable person looking to have three like-minded people join me in my spacious four-bed end of terrace houseshare in Walthamstow. It’s only a few minutes off Walthamstow Central and Queen’s Road stations, with all the amenities you’ll need only a short walk away along the high street and in the village.

Spaces open to single occupants or groups of 2 to 3, ~£900 per room 😊

As an ecologist I work hybrid office/wfh 9-5, as well as a good amount of fieldwork and occasional evenings/full weeks working away from home, counting blades of grass. So obviously I really love nature! Getting out birdwatching, hiking, big trips away, all sorts of outdoorsy stuff. I’m always eager to share some biodiversity knowledge with friends, so if you want to understand why robins follow postmen about, I’m your guy. Usually I’ll get out of the city by travelling in my car, which I’m always keen to use for a big shop, picking up furniture, or whatever else we’d need a hand with.

I love music, whether it’s playing with my friends, going to all kinds of events/gigs and experiencing new sounds. I play guitar, but not that frequently and always respectfully - so no blasting it during your teams meetings or at stupid hours of the day. I love cooking, I love the pub, I love meeting new people, I love doing new things!

I’m looking to have a clean, friendly group join me who are keen to foster a positive, inclusive, close-knit setup, and of course all walks of life are welcome 😊

Anyway - more about the house. As well as the three bedrooms up for grabs (see ogres in floor plan), we’ll also have a spare room, which is super handy. TBD what this gets used for in future (currently it’s a drying room), but plenty of potential!

The floor plan marks the spare room as the living room, and the living room as the dining room. Largest room upstairs is occupied, but the other three rooms (one downstairs, called the reception, and two upstairs) are the ones open for rent.

Photos are a mix of recent, before I moved in, and the original itinerary. There’s a garden out back with plenty of potential, great for summer barbecues!

There are two bathrooms, including two toilets and one bath/shower.

The house is part furnished - wardrobes are provided by the landlord in the bedrooms, and the smallest bedroom also comes with a bedframe. The departing housemates are open to discussion on leaving other furnishings.
