Double room available in Walthamstow.

Hello 😊 Double room becoming available at the beginning of September in our 3 bed house in Walthamstow.

It’s very much a home, looking for someone to continue the relaxed, respectful and fun vibe we have had for years now. The shared spaces are well looked after and genuinely enjoyed.

The room: Rent is £850, bright, double room, space for a desk, wardrobe ect.. sharing the main bathroom with one other housemate. The room will be unfurnished.

The house: Located a 9 min walk from Walthamstow Central, queens Road overground and two mins from the popular village area. We have a a separate large kitchen, large living area and a garden.

The area: Big Tescos, Sainsbury’s and Asda all within 15 mins walk, also 15 mins to 17 and central shopping centre. It’s a pretty suburban road so feels really chilled. We are a 20 min walk from Hollow Ponds which is an amazing, huge green space- google it! 😉

Bills usually come to around £150 a month, this current rooms rent and bills is £1007.61 as of last month. Council tax is included in the bills, also a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

Current housemates:

Paddy- working in sexual health and finishing a masters in psychotherapy, so free therapy.

Melantha- working in corporate for a desserts brand! So free desserts!

Not really a party house, but shared dinners, excursions and tv binges/films. We really enjoy each other’s company and hoping to add someone new to the mix.
