We’re looking for a friendly, tidy professional to rent our lovely double room from the 16th of September.

Modern double room with wooden floorboards. Comes completely unfurnished, and ready to make your own. Has two large (openable) windows, and a view of the London skyline. It's the first two photos, and the top left 3.28 x 2.74m room in the floor plan.

The House:
We’re on the top floor (!). The place is bright, spacious, and airy, and has a large open-plan shared living space. Large bathroom, modern kitchen and wooden floorboards.

5 minute walk to the Walthamstow Central (Victoria and Weaver)
10 minute walk to Walthamstow Queen’s Road (Suffragette line)
Well connected by bus routes
5 minute walk to Lidl, 10 minute walk to Sainsbury’s

About Us:
You’ll be living with two housemates. We’re both in our mid-early 20s, and working full-time professional roles.

Jahan (He/him): Hey! I’m from Australia and working in marketing here in London. I love tennis, cooking, chess and discussing movies.

Martin (He/him): Hi! Originally from Estonia but lived in London for most of my life now. I like to go out and play community sports, and always down for a chat at the end of the day.

About You:
We’re ideally looking for someone who is:
Clean, considerate and respectful
Non-smoker
Planning to stay in London for a while
Working a professional role (not necessary though!)
