The room is a large double with bay window, letting in plenty of light. The bathroom is situated on the same floor with free-standing bath & separate shower. You would have this floor to yourself.

The house has a large but cosy living room and open plan kitchen/diner which opens out onto a secluded garden. There is also a separate utility room and study. I would love to rent this to someone who will enjoy the space and respect it as their own.

The other tenant is a professional male, lovely guy and very respectful. His bedroom and bathroom are on a separate floor.

There is one other tenant who stays but only for 5/6 days a month mid week (if that) whilst he works in London, again an all round great guy. Even when there he isn't there during the day or most evenings.

Underfloor heating runs throughout the downstairs of the property as well as the bathrooms.

The property is located near central Walthamstow, with great transport links close by... situated between Walthamstow Central and St James Street which are both a 7-8 minute walk. You can get to central London in 30 minutes.

All bills are included, except for wifi.
