Needing someone to take over my tenancy. Contract runs until Oct 31st but with option to extend for another 6months/1year. Move in date around the 1st July however this is flexible by a few days.

It is a Double room in a shared ground floor flat in a fab location right in the centre of Walthamstow. The room is fully furnished and the house has a fully fitted modern kitchen and Bathroom, a living room and a garden space.

Sharing with two other young professionals and would suit someone similar.

Great safe location with fantastic transport links, only 2mins walk from Walthamstow Central tube station (Victoria Line, 20mins to central London). There is an Asda and a Sainsbury's a 5min walk away, and also an Empire cinema, Nandos and Pizza Express at the bottom of our road.

Rent is £580 pcm, that works our to £500 for rent and £80 for bills, this includes wireless internet.
