The house is located on Palmerston Road, just off Walthamstow market with a one minute walk to Sainsburys.

We have a large ensuite bedroom available in this shared house within a five minute walk of Walthamstow Central station. All bills are included.

The room comes with a double bed, triple wardrobe, desk and large chest of drawers. The ensuite includes a spacious shower. There is a big kitchen with lots of fridge space and a weekly cleaner is included. Additionally all bills are included with the exception of a £1 per load charge for the washer.

This is a very clean, well presented house, with professional housemates working in banking, law and civil service.

There are no agents to deal with because I'm a full time landlord who manages my own properties.
