Lovely large, bright double room in a Victorian house in central Walthamstow available for a professional MONDAY to FRIDAY renter from 9th March 2025.

High quality accommodation, comfortable, quiet house, reliable local transport and friendly, efficient arrangements.

House is 8-10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central Station, for fast, frequent trains to all central destinations via the Victoria line tube or Weaver line overground to Liverpool Street.

Perfect for a professional who wants a clean, comfortable, relaxing place to stay on weeknights when working in London.

The room is on the first floor, with a large bathroom with walk-in shower. It has a kingsize bed, small desk and chair and space in the wardrobes where things can be stored over the weekend.

Towels, bed linen, cleaning and bills (fibre broadband) are all included plus use of kitchen, dining area and garden if needed alongside the private room to relax/work in without disturbance.

Rent is as follows:

- £600 month for 4 nights a week
- £500for 3 nights a week
- £400 for 2 nights a week.

I usually prefer lodgers needing 2 or 3 nights a week between Monday and Thursday nights. But also consider people needing 4 nights, Sunday nights and short term lets as long as they're also part time.

The other current lodger is in his 40s and has been here for a year, staying 2 nights a week. The previous lodger left after 18 months for a new job.

I've had over 15 part-time lodgers in the past 14 years, and try to keep things clear, easy and no hassle as far as possible.
