A room in a home

This room is available for single occupancy only.
We are situated 5 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Tube, train and bus station and all the shops, but the street is very quiet.
We share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden. I cannot stress enough that this is a QUIET home, and that we are RESPECTFUL of each other. We would prefer somebody who has lived previously in a house share and understand that they have to clean after themselves and be respectful of other people..
We are not obsessed about cleaning but have a rooster to keep the common rooms clean and tidy...
The rent is all included. (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband).
