Loft room 2 min walk to Walthamstow Central

Hi!

I have a big double room in a loft, available in a 2 bedroom flat.

You will be sharing the house with one other person only.

The loft room is big with lots of storage and sunlight. It has two windows, a wardrobe, a wall mirror, two chest of drawers, one desk and a double bed with mattress.

The house is divided in 3 floors so its really big, the kitchen has a big fridge, washing machine, and all the appliances.
The living room has a big sofa and TV.

All bills are included in the rent.
(electricity, gas, water, council tax, virgin broadband).

The flat is a 2 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Station with access to Underground, Overground and Buses.

All amenities are really close including Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Off-License, Cinema, many restaurants, pharmacy..
High Street its just a 2 min walk.

Looking for a friendly, considerate, clean and tidy profissional. I work mainly from home so I’d give preference to someone that doesn’t work from home.
