Near Elephant & Castle stations (10-15 mins walk) which is on the Northern and Bakerloo lines and Thameslink through the City and to King's Cross area.
There are lots of buses from Old Kent Road (2 mins walk).
The lovely and green Burgess Park is only 5 mins walk away and there's a Lidl (2 mins walk) and Tesco (7 mins walk) nearby.

Double room in a 4-bed flatshare. The room is furnished with a bed and the landlord has afforded to replace the mattress for the new tenant. The room is 10"1 x 7"11.

Double room in a 4-bed flatshare. The room is furnished with a bed and the landlord has afforded to replace the mattress for the new tenant. The room is 9"4 x 8"0.

The flat in on the second floor of a large block of flat and has a walk-through living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table, built-in bookshelves and a little coffee table/side table. The kitchen is a good size and comes with a washing machine and dishwasher. There's also a good size bathroom with a full shower bath and a small balcony off the living room.
*Flatmates*
You'll be living with John-Paul (22, he/him) who works in politics and Lizzie (23, she/they) who is a musician.
We're looking for someone friendly, social, and clean and tidy around the house. We enjoy getting drinks and coffee together, cooking, listening to music or watching throwback TV, and generally hanging around the house. Someone who wants to be a part of this and make the flat feel like home would go down a treat. Also you must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
*Move-In Date & Other Info*
The room is available from 1 August. We'd be looking for someone to take over the contract from this date and it will be a 1-year contract.
Rent is £618.75 per month plus council tax (Band B) and other bills, all of which will come to no more than £100-120 per month at current prices.
