We are looking for a quiet relaxed person to rent our spare bedroom. The bedroom is a good size and already furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers. You would have almost exclusive use of a bathroom which has a shower and bath. You would have access to the house kitchen and washing machine

This is not a house/flat share but a lodging in the house of a couple who have lived here for several years. We regularly meditate and do yoga at home. We live on a quiet residential street in Earlsfield. Excellent transport links and some good cafes, restaurants, and pubs nearby.

The room would suit an independent individual who is looking for a haven to relax or study away from their busy work and social life.

The house and garden are completely non-smoking. The rent is £625 per month inclusive of internet, electricity, water, and heating.

The house is an 8 min walk to Earlsfield station and from there, 5 mins to Clapham Junction, 20 mins to Waterloo and 5 mins to Wimbledon. Alternatively, it is a 10 min bus ride to Tooting Broadway Northern line tube station.
