New build flat in Ram Quarter

Nestled in the heart of Ram Quarter, the new development in Wandsworth. My flat overlooks the main courtyard where there are plans for shops and restaurants to be opened all along the ground floor of the development. This will be the hub of the development and has a good view of the old clock tower.

The flat is a new build, 3 bedroom apartment but I am only planning to rent 1 room, therefore there will only be two occupents. There is a large living dining room with a large balcony that overlooks the courtyard. Living area has Sky and Apple TV with flat screen LED TV.
Kitchen appliances all included (electric hob, inbuilt microwave and oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher).

There is a storage cupboard in the hallway where the washer dryer is.

The bedroom I am renting is a double room which comes furnished with a brand new double bed frame and eve mattress. There are two inbuilt wardrobes too. The bedroom has access to another balcony that is shared with myself.

The occupant will have access to the main bathroom, which will mainly only be used by themselves (as my room has an ensuite), but may be used by guests if someone stays round on the odd occasion.

The development has a 24 hour concierge (located in different building) that accepts small parcels to be collected. There is a video intercom within the flat too, which allows you to call essential numbers.

The flat is located a 2 minute walk away from South side shopping centre and Wandsworth high street, where there are many other restaurants and shops and also lots of transport links.

There are many bus services from outside South side shopping centre that go to central London, Battersea, Fulham etc. The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth town station which gets you to Waterloo within 15 minutes. There are also Southfields and East Putney underground stations, which are a short bus ride away.

There is a supermarket near the shopping centre for your daily amenities.

I am looking for a tenant who is tidy and clean, respects my flat and respects the neighbours by keeping the noise down late at night, but also doesn’t mind hanging out with me and watching Netflix every now and then!
