Good sized double in secure Wandsworth mews

We are looking for a flatmate to share our lovely flat in Wandsworth.

The room is a good size with a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You will have your own bathroom, although it's not en-suite. The flat is on the ground floor of a block of four in a secure, gated mews. There is a large living/dining room and a brand new, well-equipped kitchen. There is a communal garden for everyone's use.

The area is lovely, with plenty of gyms nearby as well as Southfields shopping centre, which also has lots of restaurants and a cinema; all within a 5 minute walk. There is also plenty of good pubs in the area. Also close to public transport. Wandsworth Town station is a short walk away as well as plenty of buses.

A little about us... we are both in out late 20s and both secondary school teachers (one history and one science). We love sport, with rugby, skiing and cricket being the favourites. We try to keep fit exercising several times a week, but this is a continual struggle against our love of food! We also have some of our own gym equipment (bar weights) if you're not keen on going back to the gym. I am a keen cook and baker and am always willing to share, as well as experience new cuisines and recipes. We also enjoy exploring London and going to the cinema as well as a good Netflix binge every now and then. We're definitely not clean freaks, but like to keep the flat neat and tidy. Although no pets at the moment, we are planning to get a cat in the near future.

We would be looking for a flatmate with similar interests, who wants to live in a friendly, relaxed place. Someone who wants a home rather than just a place to a live!
