I’m a professional male working in the city. However, moving to Abu Dhabi in October and so basically would have the flat to yourself. My occasional trip back to UK I would use the room. There would be the option to take the large master room with ensuite (£1400pcm). Couples also welcome (£1600/£2000 depending on which room). Pics of master room to follow.
