A single room has become available in a flat share. The room has recently been painted, new carpet and blinds fitted. The room comes furnished with a single bed, and wardrobe. The flat has a common lounge area, shared bathroom and separate toilet, the kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The flat has its own private garden as it is situated on the ground floor.

The flat is close to local amenities like a gym, pub, doctor and southside shopping center. We are seeking a professional (preferably) female occupant who is between the age of 25 - 30. and is currently employed full time. The one current occupant is a 26 yr old male, and the other occupant is a 30yr old female.

The rent is £500 per month for the single room, including utilities. You will need to pay first months rent and a deposit of £500 upfront.
