1 double bedroom in spacious Southfields home.

We have 1 double bedroom available in our large victorian house in Southfields. It will be available from the 1st December however we can be a bit flexible with this.
The house is in a perfect location right in the middle of the Southfields grid - an 8 minute walk to Southfields tube (District Line) and 12 minute walk to Earlsfield overground (15 mins to waterloo.) There are two reception rooms, a large kitchen, a stunning garden, three bathrooms and even a shed. Plus Wimbledon All England Tennis Club is just a few minutes walk away. The room is £645 a month and Bills are roughly £90.
(room is bigger than the pictures suggest - blame my poor photography skills haha).
Sharing with 3 other guys in their 20's, Tim, Will and Michael. Tim is a musician who works in education. Will works in for Technology firm in Charing Cross and is an excellent chef. And Michael runs a theatre and film production company. We are a house of mixed interests but are all friends.
