This beauty of a room has been home to my girlfriend and I all through the last few crazy years of Covid, the large rooms and garden were a blessing during those lockdowns! We are only moving on as we are now getting our own house. The room comes unfurnished but has huge built-in wardrobe and the bookcase will stay, so you just need a bed.

Nicely situated 10 minutes walk either side for Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town, 15 minutes from Southfield and with a bus stop 3 minutes from the door that can take you straight to Victoria. It is safe to say that you are very well connected wherever your commute takes you..

Even more importantly, you can fall out of your front door to find a Co op and a Cafe or take a short 5 minute stroll down the road for Southside Shopping Center. We have a host of Gyms and Bars all within a very short walk. Plus the bonus of St Georges Park just behind us for a nice walk/run with some greenery.

Current Housemates are very friendly, so you will feel at home right away.

Bills are around £95 on top of the current rent (based on 4 occupants), which covers water, gas electricity, internet and a cleaner once every two weeks (communal areas only).
