I’m looking for a maximum of two/three/four tenants to take the whole flat for up to 12 months, but could extend. I’d be looking for tenants to move in anytime from the beginning of January 2025.

The rent is £2.8k / month for the whole flat including all bills and furniture on the basis of it being for two tenants and for 6-12 months - this will increase slightly if there are additional tenants and/or your stay is for a shorter period.

I also ask for a deposit depending on your length of stay.

The flat is sparking clean and is furnished including 2 king size beds and a large wardrobe in each bedroom. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with a bath). There is also a large kitchen table and 4 chairs, washing machine, dish washer, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, under floor heating in all rooms and a powerful shower in each bathroom, plus other furnishings.

The closest train station is Wandsworth Town overground (2 mins to Clapham Junction, 10 mins to Waterloo). It’s 15 mins bus to Wimbledon and a 5 mins walk to the Thames riverside.

The flat is 30 seconds from a large park with tennis courts, gardens and lots of space to run, walk and picnic.
