Looking for a new flatmate

James and I (Joe) are two professional chefs looking for a new flatmate to move in with us. We both enjoy cooking super nice food on our days off, listening to music and getting outside, exercise etc. We'd like someone who is clean and tidy, friendly, relaxed, and all-round easy to get along with. The flat has a spacious living room, TV included, balcony and a reasonably sized kitchen with good storage space. The room is unfurnished, it has good sunlight, it fits a double bed in with space and there is additional storage in the hall as its the smallest room.
